Neet is a combined medical entrance exam conducted by NTA.
Eligibility include 12th PCB stream student with
50% total aggregate ( general category )
OBC/ST/SC -40%
PWD - 45%
Total marks 720
Syllabus - Physics , Chemistry , Biology of standard 11th and 12th

Category Cut-off Percentile of NEET UG .
General Category 50th Percentile
OBC 40th Percentile
SC 40th Percentile
ST 40th Percentile

To get a good rank to get into a government Medical college or to get a good private college You should target a score of 480plus out of 720.
Cut-off changes every year depending upon the number of candidates and number of seats .

Some tips you might find useful,
Give NTA mock tests , give 2tests per day but do not forget to review the answers and note the mistakes you did in that test.
Practising previous year questions ,
Reading NCERT textbooks of 11th and 12th standard line by line ,
practicing daily Mcqs,
Revise Formulas of physics
Revsie named reactions of chemistry
Doing all this will help you secure a very good rank .
Make a notebook and add the extra points which you found new.
Revise it Daily .
Study for atleast 6-7hours per day with focus and concentration .

After all this Spend some time with your family and/or go for a walk.

I would like to say first that you can never get admission in private medical colleges at government price. If you qualify neet exam and got admitted to government colleges, you don't have to worry about the price or fees. Private or self finance colleges will definitely charge you an amount for admission.
