You can surely sit for government examS like CDS , UPSC . There is no such thing mentioned that students of integrated master degree cannot sit for government exams.

The only thing that matters is your age  if yor age falls under the eligibility age provided by the exam authority you are good to go. If you course is not mentioned then you can do like above you have mentioned.
