To give you a brief, NAAC - National Assessment and Accreditation Council is a government agency that assesses and accredits the higher education institutions in India. It's an autonomous body funded by UGC and Govt. of India. It grades the institutes based on their performance with A++, A+, A, B++, B+, B, C and D is not accreditated.
