Hey!
I dont't know which counselling are you actually asking about.
In this case , i assume you are asking about JOSAA counselling. In case of JOSAA counselling , if you have exercised the option of withdrawal of seat , then full money will be refunded to your account after a deduction of Rs. 2000 as processing charges. But you need to be patient as this process takes a considerable amount of time .
