Hello student yes as per the eligibility criteria you can appear in BSc Agriculture entrance examination without agricultural certificate.

As eligibility criteria says that - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry biology /Mathematics from a recognized board.

Institute conduct separate entrance examination for admission into BSc Agriculture course respectively.
