No, you don't have any chance to join an MBBS seat through management quota in India without qualifying for the NEET-UG exam. In India even for management quota seats for MBBS, Qualifying NEET is compulsory. You will not get admission to any of the private Medical Colleges without appearing NEET.

Yes, you can join some private medical colleges for courses like BAMS, BHMS, BPT, B.Sc Nursing , and Allied Health Sciences (e.g., Medical Lab Technology, Radiology ) through management quota without NEET.
However, for MBBS and BDS , NEET is mandatory even for management quota seats as per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines. Courses that don't require NEET (for management quota):
Admission through management quota involves higher fees and direct application to the respective college.
