Yes, you can get admission in bvsc without Neet examination.

This is because,

Other than NEET, there are some States which conduct their their own state level entrance examination for admission in BVSc

For example,

• Rajasthan conducts its own  state level entrance examination for providing admission in bvsc i. e RPVT i. e Rajasthan University of Veterinary Sciences  . It is conducted by Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences , Bikaner. And through this examination, admission in 312 BVSc seats is provided across Rajasthan.
