At the Bachelor level, it is always advised to start off with a Full Time Hotel Management Degree (B.HM), whichever specialization you maybe interested in.

Once you complete your B.HM, followed by a short Work Experience in the Hospitality Industry, you may plan a Certificate Course or Diploma in Culinary Arts.
