*In my point of view I couldn't call any of the college in pune has a worst college, however if the college has fallen under the given below criteria then we can call it has a worst college :-

*Vacant Seats : Number of vacant seats over time shows how worst the college is , We have plenty of Engineering faculties in Pune and plenty of aspiring engineering students. Then why could seats be vacant? Because of  Poor placement information , Poor coaching group of workers ,Poor infrastructure (Labs, equipment, Class rooms) Often this are the colleges with lowest cut offs consequently there are possibilities of a big range of unskilled students.

*Hence low placements or no placements and this cycle repeats. Also those colleges aren't reputed and now no longer recognised with the aid of using any common citizen. If you examine this all elements approximately any specific university, then it isn't really well worth for every person to get admitted to that college. Then we can  surely call it as worst engineering college.
