To be true I would say yes , anyone can excel in this world if he makes his interest his carrer.
There are many examples in the world who did not done even schooling, and are known worldwide.
Many people find earning a degree arduous because either they find it a waste of time or they think they can do better things than that.
If your college do not provide good placements, u have option to crack government exams like GATE, IES.
Remember, if you work hard, nothing could stop you.
And hard work never lets anyone down.

Don't rely on class notes. Try to focus on in depth knowledge. It will be good if you succeed to clear GATE. Then you can join top companies of INdia
