As per your rank in CLAT 2018, you have chances in NLU Jabalpur. But it can be told for sure as it depends how many students ahead of you in ranking are applying for Jabalpur.

There are a total of 76 General Seats out of which 30 Seats are horizontally reserved for candidates having domicile certificate of State of M.P. The rest will be left for All India candidates
