You can write the dialogue by including the following points:

1. How unclean the locality has become and what were the factors that lead to it like littering of people, no MCD person to clean, people throwing their house waste on the streets etc

2 . Suggesting a plan to call all the children in the locality to clean up the waste keeping in mind our Prime Ministers Swachch Bharat Abhiyan

3. Coming on a Sunday with all the children and adults and educating them out the importance of cleanliness .
