An Ideal society is unattainable due to the subjective Nature of Humanity. An ideal society would be one in which there is no 'Ruling'. 

But in practical world we cannot think of ' No government' , ' No Money', ' No power' to make an ideal society. 

According to me ideal society should be equal balance between work and play, between selling and Buying, between production and consumption.

There should be no discrimination on that basis of cast, Gender, religion, Economic status. Government should ensure equal rights for all citizens. 

And also people should maintain peace and harmony, united efforts of all the citizens to make our country a Developed country. If someone needs assistance then another individual should support. It's not possible to understand everybody, but our focus should be to treat each and every person respectfully.

Also, an ideal society should lay emphasis on 4 factors:

1. Good Education: Education is the most important thing . Everyone has the right to education and atleast minimum primary and fundamental level Education should be available for all without cost. 

Government should be able to make it available for all the citizens .

Schools should be safe and financial status should not become a problem for deserving ones. Education should be accessible and equitable for all irrespective of their caste, gender , religion.

Schools should be built in remote areas and basic needs like books, chairs , tables , proper classrooms, washrooms , school supplies should be available for those children atleast whose parents are not in favour to send them to schools beacuse of their financial status. 

Though, education should be free of cost, but people have made teaching their profession and source of earning . So there should be a balance between fee structures and families who cannot afford huge amounts to provide best Education to their children. Their should be certain limit because deserving students do not get chance because of heavy amount for education.

2. Community Development:  community members should unite and generate solutions to common problems like community well being. 

People should unite and take necessary initiatives to protect environment, and other problems in our society. They should built a set of long term and short term goals to find out the solutions of day to day problems of life. 

3. Economic Development: we need to increase our standard of living by making the economy grow.

Government should provide more jobs for deserving people based on their qualification and abilities and not on their status in society. 

More promotion for local products. 

Resources should be used carefully and efficiently. Their should be training programs regarding business related matters.

Government should take steps to provide all the resources equally to all the people in society. 

4. Maintain peace and order: Lastly, there can be peace in society where members are free of negative traits like greed and jealousy of human beings. 

This is my perspective on ideal society. But with our government we cannot have equality. But to gain what you want , you must work with people , for people. People should unite and help each other in order to finish poverty. 

There should be healthy competition for benefits and welfare of entire society. Government should focus on promoting equality amongst people in terms of Economy, gender , culture , society etc. 

We cannot Attain ideal society without the cooperation of both leaders and their followers.
