Imbalance in an aquarium occurs when there is an alter in the pH levels of the water in the aquarium. We can identify the imbalance in an aquarium in the following ways

Fish in the aquarium settle at the bottom of the aquarium and are moving slowly or not even moving a bit then there is an imbalance in the aquarium.

Also the number of times a fish breathe in and breathe out also can be observed to identify imbalance in aquarium when an imbalance occurs in an aquarium the fish breathe faster than the normal times and more bubbles are generated in the aquarium.

Any one of these symptoms occurs in your aquarium or with the fish then you can test the pH of the water in the aquarium.

One of the methods to prevent the imbalance in aquarium is adding baking soda in the water well we need to add appropriate amounts of baking soda that is naturally one tablespoon of baking soda for 5 gallons of water and the simplest way is to change the water from the aquarium
