Hey!

As you mentioned XLSX file , it is called  an excel file. It is available in every laptop/computer with name microsoft excel(for windows user), Libre Office Calc ( for ubuntu users) etcetra. So first you need to open it by using the search bar. Then a window will appear with a lot of boxes, which we call cells. There , you can put the details column wise or row wise as no. of students, name. DOB, subjects, marks secured etc.
