BTech regular is an 8 semester, 4 year course after 12th grade with focus on basics of engineering in the first year followed by core and stream specific learnings of the selected course. It is a regular undergraduate degree in technology. BTech course is more of a skill and data oriented program. The course deals with the technical aspects of Science.

BTech integrated is a 12 semester, 6 year course after 10th grade with focus on core and stream specific learnings of the course. The program includes two years of inplant training. Through innovative teaching methods, the course also provides the touch of industry exposure to make it market ready. The course offers choices of specializations in subjects like IOT, AI, Design and Manufacturing, Automation, etc.

A major advantage of choosing the integrated programme is to avoid the number of entrance exams you will have to appear for, after doing 12th or diploma to get into an engineering course (B.tech)

For btech integrated only 10th grade sheet is required and no other exams have to be given

I hope you are doing fine, Integrated course mean B.tech and M.tech together in a 5years Course. Where as regular B.tech course in of 4 Years and regular M.tech course is of 2 years.

If you are have a clear motive that you have to continue your studies even after completing your BTech Degree then you can surely go for Integrated Btech Course. But if you do not have a clear mind what you have to do afetr completing your BTech Degree then you can go for BTech and after completing it you can think if you wanna continue your studies or go for a Job.
