While selecting any college we have to be very much aware about following aspects like:-

1.it's faculty status

2. it's previous years results status

3. it's official grading

4. it's infrastructure like labs/equipments,etc

5. it's placements

6. students reviews too

All these points will help you out while choosing and comparing colleges.
