Bot ka entrance exam hindi me hota hai ya english me

It is better if you mention the question properly such that it is understood by us. Since you have asked that examination is in only english language not in hindi language.

See, there are various examination where language is not a barrier but generally you are required to give examination in English as it is officially accepted in India..
