Once you open the web page of the pdf that you are looking to download, you get the option to download the pdf just below it. After downloading, all you need to know is that file that is downloaded is either saved in the downloads section of your browser, or else in the file manager. You can access it through the downloads in your phone, else if you have an iPhone, you can download it and save it in your files immediately.
