Actually the answer to this question is subjective and depends on a lot of factors.Both colleges in terms of placements,infrastructure and facilities are equally good so there is not much difference in that.Both provide ug mbbs course of 5.5 years including internship for an year.But the only difference is that the year of establishment.GIMS Noida is established in 2016 Laxmibai Jhansi college is established in 1968.So if you wish to choose an old college you can go for Laxmibai Jhansi.GIMS Noida is affiliated to King Georges Medical university lucknow and jhansi college is affiliated to Bundelkhand university.
