I know you must be facing a problem, either in identifying the OTP or getting confirmation. It might be on account of various reasons: there may be weak internet or unstable cellular connection because of which OTP does not come.

OTP delay as network is an issue plus heavy traffic on the server.

Incorrect contact detail . Please cross check that every detail provided is correct with your mobile number or Email ID at the time you join the service.

Spam/Junk Folde r: If you're waiting for it to arrive via an email, you can also check the spam or junk folder.

Blocked Messages : Your phone or service provider may be blocking the automatic message.

App Glitches : If it's arriving via an app, you can try closing and then reopening the application or even check if there is a new update available for the application.

In case that doesn't work, send the OTP again or seek further help from the service provider's customer support.
