As your preferences I will suggest you to choose P.E.S. Modern College of Engineering for ENTC , because this college is highly reputeted in pune for any Engineering course. It will be well suited to your profile in future.

But if you are willing to do CSE then choose Sinhgad College Of Engineering and try to get Vadgaon branch as it is main branch of Sinhgad Institute.
