On page 3 of the printed application form, titled Employer Consent Form’, students must obtain the signature and stamp of their organisation's HR or another authorised signatory from the company.
Further, page no. 4, called the Mentor Consent Form, of the printed application form is required to be signed by their mentor.

Yes, your son can apply to BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus (https://www.bits-pilani.ac.in/dubai/) after completing his Class 12 from the Maharashtra ICSE Board. The ICSE Board is accepted for admission.
Eligibility criteria are:

He must have studied Physics, Maths, and one more subject from Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, or a vocational subject. He should have at least 60% in these three subjects combined, and at least 50% marks in each of them.
