There are universities which provides this course. BHU is one of the famous university. The duration for the course is 2-3 years and fees will be 15k and it is a full time course.
You can join any performing arts college or university. It is not necessary to do diploma. Yo can join any other under graduate program too.

As per the rules of eligibility of Bar Council of India, for admission in 3 year LLB course you should have completed senior secondary education i.e. 10+2 and in addition to this you should also be a graduate degree holder, there is no rule which says that you cannot take admission in 3 year law course if you have done your graduation from open school. So to answer your question yes, you can take admission in LLB and the duration of the same will be of 3 years because as per the rules of BCI LLB can be done after graduation and the duration of the same should be of 3 years. If you are pursuing a B.Sc course then you have three years minimum to pass the exam. The maximum period that is allowed for clearing the exams are 6 years. This time duration is not fixed and it may vary through the policies of different institutes and colleges. I will suggest you to clear your degree before the maximum period to avoid any future issues regarding your studies.
