N.T.A has not mentioned any reduction in the syllabus of NEET UG exam. And No change in paper pattern has been mentioned so far.So you should prepare for whole syllabus as we can not clearly say about the exam date and decision on the syllabus reduction. Today our MHRD minister will have a live webinars so do visit that. It will clear your doubt regarding syllabus and exam dates.

If you do not have study material you can download PDFs of some available books online. Majority of the questions come from NCERTS books. The NCERT books for class 11 and 12th are available on the official website of NCERT. You can download it on your mobile or computer and study from it. If you find other books pdf online you can download that.
If you not have offline sources available than in this situation you can go to online sources. Carees360 neet online preparation is one of the good online preparation source. If possible you can join that.

The entrance exam has 2 Papers. Paper 1 has 25 MCQs from the disciplines of English, Numerical Aptitude, Data Interpretation, Analytical Skills, Reasoning and General Awareness.
Paper 2 has Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology divided into Sections. The best of the 3 sections will be evaluated and considered while preparing and announcing the results.

Msc in physics is 2 years post graduation physics course. Eligibility for doing msc in physics is that you must have passed Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks with Physics and maths. You have to appear for entrance exam depending on University.

Generally the syllabus of IIT JEE is same as the syllabus of 11th and 12th only about 2% of the syllabus is different but the quality of questions of IIT JEE are very much better than CBSE. Despite of the identical syllabus, both the examinations usually test the skills of the students.
