Semiconductor is one of the topics under the Chapter Electronic Devices and it is still there in NEET Physics syllabus. Logic Gates also comes under the same Chapter Electronic Devices. So just to answer your question both of them are still in NEET Physics syllabus 2020. Electronic Devices carry 9% of the weightage in NEET exam paper.
