Andhra  University conducts AUCET for admission to postgraduate courses such as MA,MCom,Mtech etc. CUCET isn't conducted by Andhra University, CUCET is an exam conducted for various integrated courses, postgraduate courses and research programmes by 14 central universities of India along with four others.

As per your query "the syllabus is from 1-10th and 1st pu and 2nd pu also????.. or .. only 1st and 2nd pu ncert full syllabus" it is difficult to understand due to may be it is incomplete or wrong

Msc in physics is  2 years post graduation physics course. Eligibility for doing msc in physics is that you must have passed Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks with Physics and maths. You have to appear for entrance exam depending on University.
