Hello Aspirant,
In IIM(Indian Institute of Management) academic diversity means that IIM do not want students of same background(All engineers) rather they wants students of Diverse academic background that means they want few students of Engineering background few of management , medical , commerce etc , so that their batches remains diverse and not monotonic.
They also give a little bit higher preference to student of non-engineering background as there are so many engineers applying and clearing for CAT exams.
Hope this helps.
Dear Aspirant
MBA is a post graduation course, which means you first would have to complete your graduation, only after that you can pursue MBA. however you still have a option to join integrated MBA program but even that is after 12th so first you should at least complete your class 12 then do graduation in courses like BA or other graduation courses and then go for MBA.
After reading your query, All I can say is, this is not a huge concern to worry about. The most important thing required to crack JEE is practice and having clear concepts. Forgetting concepts can be minimised by solving conceptual questions on a regular basis. Keep taking Mock Tests to improve your confidence. Never get disappointed for getting low scores in practice test. It happens because there might be few topics which are difficult for you to solve. Similarly, Few could be easy.
Keep Working on the topics where you lost your marks and make sure you don't repeat them again.
All the Best...
Hope this helps...
Hope you are doing well.
It would be really helpful if you can email the concened authorities about the application process for improvement exam. They usually dont disclose the procedure for the same. However worry not. The improvement exam tends to be a relatively easier.
Hope you got the answer to your question. Incase of any queries, feel free to question. Have a great day!

Dear Student,
Sure you can participate in any counselling conducted by Delhi and you will be eligible for the state quota of Delhi also but for that you need to complete one step, which is you have to create the domicile certificate of both yourself and your father of Delhi, because the counselling part may ask to to submit the domicile certificate of your or your father, it depends. And try to issue the certificate new because they wants only newly created, they may have mentioned in their notification form.
Good Luck :)
