Bihar Board
Hello,
As per my knowledge, The maximum number of attempts that the candidates can attempt JEE Advanced is two times in two consecutive years. So, if you had qualified your boards in 2019 and qualified the JEE mains exam, then I don't think it that very much need to write your boards again.

GOOD LUCK@!!
See there are no information for repeating class 12 after passing it available on the BIHAR HIGHER SECONDARY BOARD website. So I would recommend that for the procedure to continue you have to contact in your school and you have to register yourself as a new candidate from the beginning i.e., from 11th standard. So you have enroll yourself for the 11th and start over again, which I personally feel is quite a lot of time investment. It would be better if you can get a one year schooling system with Biology. You can go for the open school such as NIOS etc. Although there are cases on the Supreme Court regarding the credibility of the NIOS students to sit in the examination such as NEET but as there is no verdict available till now, you can obviously go for NIOS.
To know more about the NIOS visit the link below:

Dear Student,
Sorry to say but getting admission in Hindu will not be possible with your marks but can definitely try for other colleges. You can try for good colleges of South campus or north campus offering evening shift. There are many other colleges of DU offering Hindi Hons. Hindu's hostel fees is around 65-70k per annum.
Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . As per your NEET 2021 AIR,I assume your NEET marks 525+. At this score getting a government MBBS or BDS seat through AIQ isn't possible despite you having an OBC category.
Now,as you mentioned that you have a domicile for the state of Bihar ,let me tell you that as per NEET 2020 cutoffs ,you atleast needed to score 600+ to get a government MBBS seat and 570+ for a government BDS seat .
Still, you can try for private or management quota seats if you wish to .
Here,I'll provide you with a link through which you can see the details of all private colleges in Bihar including the fee structure, infrastructure etc. for MBBS,BDS,BAMS and other courses.
