Most government colleges give addmission only through counselling,but you are interested to study law in government college then check if any government college still has vacant seats for admission.some institute offer direct addmission based on merit or mangement quota.
It's difficult to say definitively whether a 57%ile score guarantees admission to a BBA LLB 5-year program. Admission to law colleges, especially for BBA LLB programs, is usually competitive. While your Class 12 score of 45-50% might be the minimum requirement, many institutions also consider scores on law entrance exams like CLAT.

Unfortunately, with a 42 percentile in MHCET Law 2025, admission to ILS Pune is highly unlikely.
Here's why:
For the 5-year BA LLB program, the closing percentile for open (General) category candidates has consistently been around 97–99+ percentile, even in later CAP rounds .
Expected cutoffs for 2025 remain in the mid-to-high 90 percentile or both Maharashtra and Outside Maharashtra applicants .
With a score in the low 40 percentile, you're well below the cutoffs required for General category seats.
