As per your question, You cannot do the CA after doing your intermediate with BiPC. In order for a candidate to do CA you need to complete your intermediate with Mathematics in it. So if you really wish hard to do the CA then you need to first complete that, you can do Mathematics from any open university boards such NIOS and then you will be able to do the CA. It will take 6 years to do CA.

No, it is not possible for a commerce student to pursue science after 12th class and become a doctor. If you wanted to become a doctor then you must have opted for science stream after class 10th. But now after taking commerce you can not enter in medical line as both are totally apart field.
