If you wish to change your school after your 11th standard, you can approach your Headmaster/Headmistress with a proper letter stating the reasons for the same. Frankly speaking, they should provide TC to the student when asked. But the issuing of TC to a student mid-way between his/her higher secondary depends completely on the decision of the HM and the severity of the reason stated by the student itself.
So, I think you may have some better reasons in your mind to convince your HM for obtaining TC from your school.

Therefore, in order to become a government teacher in India, the candidates must have completed Senior Secondary, Graduation, or Post Graduation. Then they must apply for a Teacher Training course such as NTT/BTC, or B.ed CBSE holds CTET (Central Eligibility Test) at the Central level to certify Primary and Elementary level teachers, while relevant State Authorities hold State TET to certify PRT, TGT, and PGT level teachers.

1. 27% reservation for OBC (non creamy layer) candidates
2. 10% reservation EWS candidates
3. 15% reservation for SC candidates
4. 7.5% reservation for ST candidates
5. 7.5% reservation in Tamil Nadu for candidates who have done their schooling from class 6 to 12 from a government school in Tamil Nadu
6. Children of terror attack victims and children of COVID 19 warriors (only in some colleges such as Lady Hardinge Medical College, Mahatma Gandhi Medical College wardha, JLN Medical College Ajmer)
7. 5% reservation for PwD candidates
8. 33% reservation for girl candidates in Bihar

I hope you are doing fine, The candidates must be pursuing education from Government/Local Body/Government-aided schools Also, those students who are enrolled in NVS, KVS, Sainik schools and private schools are not eligible for this NMMS scholarship. So if you switch to Private school you will not get the NMMS Scholarship.

You have to study from class 1 to class 10 in order to obtain the certificate, which is issued by your school authorities. Since you fail to fit in this criteria, it is difficult for you to do so. But I will advice you to contact the office of your tehsildar or DM.
