Yeah, you are eligible to start teaching in schools at entry-level or according to what class you want to teach.
See, as you have mentioned that you have done Bachelor of science and then Master of science along With Bachelor of Education(B.Ed). So these qualifications are enough to and you in a teaching job.
Solely BSc + Msc + B.Ed are enough to land you in a teaching job but if you wished to teach government schools then you will need to pass the UPTET examination that consists of two papers.
Eligibility criteria: A candidate must hold a Bachelors degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university. The age should be in the range of 18-35 years.
You can try to make interviews in the respective schools according to your preference or you can also apply for Government teaching jobs.

UGC getting a rules for general category candidates that the upper age limit of lecturer 28 years old not more than that. But Sc, st, OBC, PWD and woman's candidates can get more 5 years relaxation. So if you want to join as teacher then know the upper age limit 28 years old.

At this pandemic time, government as well as private school take online exams. There is very less chance to get offline exam, as covid-19 increases there is mostly chance to get online exam or postponed the exam for some time and when the situation will handle then , there is a chance of offline exam.

After completion of your graduation you can pursue Master's Degree in the relevant discipline, and qualify UGC NET or state level SET in order to become assistant professor to teach at university level, you can also pursue your higher studies such as doing PhD and enrolled as JRF for which you'll get stipend for the same, in case of teaching at school level you have to pursue any teaching training program, you can BEd that will be more suitable, with BEd and Master's you can become PGT English, and for this you need to appear for CTET conducted by CBSE, qualifying this exam you can apply for various government schools, and many reputed private schools too nowadays use this score for recruitment of teachers, there are also state level TETs which you can apply as well.

No such notice has been issued by the Delhi University.
The relaxation criteria is already set by the University and that shall prevail. In that, there is no such relaxation for government schools students.
If these changes to be brought from next year then it will get out and will be notified.

There is no provision of the relaxation for candidates who have studied from government school in Delhi University(DU).Admission will be based on merit list and the applicable caste certificates.
