Yes you can apply for B ED in the government teachers' training college, but not for 2021-2023. If you apply for teachers' training then for the time being its not available right now. The session will probably start from September' 22. Thats the latest update which has been mentioned in the official website.

Bachelor's is education is a degree with 2 year duration which is a base towards employment as a teacher for primary, secondary or senior secondary levels in a school. It is offered by many institutions all over India.
