Yes, children who studied History, Political Science, and Economics in 12th grade can enroll in T.N.B. College to pursue a B.A. degree.  They must complete their 12th grade with at least 45% from a recognized board.  Admission is based on 12th grade scores, and a merit list is created.  Apply online at the T.M. Bhagalpur University website for a fee of approximately INR 400-600.  The B.A. course lasts three years.
