Hello,
No, as of now there is no facility of giving exam from home in IGNOU, if you choose to enroll in IGNOU for any program whether it's degree at ug/pg level, certificate, diploma etc, you will be required to choose a study centre while filling application form, you will be required to submit assignments prior to appearing in exam, depending upon your RC, you can do it online or have to submit it at your preferred study centre, and normally, the study centre which you choose you get to appear for TEE there only, however subject to its availability for exams, this may or may not happen, what I meant is sometimes lack of students or any other reasons people are not assigned their own study centre for exams, hence in that case they may be allotted a nearby option, so to answer your question you have to visit the designated study centre in order to give your exams, till now IGNOU doesn't provide the option of giving exams from your home.
Hello.
As you know it is not l gal to get bachelor's degree from two different institutions at the same time. Some people do enroll themselves into both the courses, but you cannot show anywhere that you have completed both the course simulataneously. Hence, it is not legal to carry on with both the courses from two different universities at the same time.
Due to COVID concerns most of the IGNOU study centres are closed and the probability of them opening soon seems not probable due to looming COVID concerns caused by new Omicron variant.
Still it is advisable that you contact your study centre and your regional centre and get more details about the beginning of the offline classes .
You must continue your preparation for the Term End Examination from your study material. If you haven't received your study material you can download the soft copy from the EGyankosh.
Here is the link for the EGyankosh-

I hope you find the answer helpful.
