is it important to clear jee mains and advance to get into a cosmological career? please guideme....
Hello Aspirant,
First of all you need to know the eligibility criteria of jee mains which are as follows -
- Candidates should pass from any recognised board or University.
- Candidates should opt for physics chemistry and mathematics as mandatory subjects in their class 12th.
- Candidates should secure a minimum of 75 percentage in their class 12th.
So to move into a cosmological career you need to have strong concepts in these three subjects but not necessarily need to give jee mains and advanced.
DC PANDEY VS HC VERMA FOR JEE PREPARATION
Hello Aspirant,
This is a debate which every student has in its mind . But i have gone through this process and I know what can be right for a student. If you want to strengthen your concept you need to read proper theory for that for which you need DC Pandey.
The numericals if you want to solve for practice , you can go for HC Verma. I personally feel the book of HC Verma is not of much use because you can practice the sums from previous years also . That is enough and can practice the coaching sums given by your teachers.

in JEE advanced, if the answer of an question is an exact decimal, for ex. 0.232, should all the digits be written or only the rounded off value to 2 digits, like in this example, 0.23 ?
Hello Aspirant,
In jee advanced if the answer comes in decimal general in the answer key a range of answers is provided so that people atleast getting close to it get marks for that answer.
So, you need not worry for this if you are even rounding off the answer you will get it if it is in the range provided in the answer key.
