The difference between BA (journalism and mass communication) and Honors BA (Journalism and mass communication) are:
In B.A. Hons as you have chosen Journalism and mass communication it will be your main subject. Then you have to choose two other subjects as subsidiary. The university has a list of main subjects with their possible options for subsidiary. For first two years, you study all the 3 subjects and then in final year, you will have only your main subject. In B.A you have to study all the 3 subjects which includes journalism and mass communication in all the 3 years. There is nothing such as main or subsidiary.
I hope this helps.
All the best!
