Yes ofcourse you can. JBT ( Junior basic training) is a 2 year diploma which prepares you to teach children till class 5th. Apart from teaching, after JBT you can go for childcare working or counselling field.

  1. Role of childcare workers- Child Care workers are responsible for maintaining children with care, supervising caretaking staff, operating type of machinery for their duties, communicating with children’s parents and giving feedback about them.
  2. Role of counsellors- Counselors are responsible for planning, monitoring, assisting and simplifying requirements, and managing requirements in schools. They also play a key role by providing commercial solutions for the problems and testing the issues happening in school institutions.

After completing JBT, you are eligible to these career options, so you can simply do research and see for openings and go for an interview or test.
