Hey Madhav.
MHCET LAW is an entrance test for admission in Law course on various law colleges of Maharashtra. There are 85% seats reserved for the candidates who have a domicile of Maharashtra. Rest of the seats belong to the candidates from rest of the states. Hence OMS means Outside Maharashtra state. So the ranking of all the candidates from outside of Maharashtra is considered for the left seats which is the OMS Ranking.
Best of luck

The last date to fill the form is 10th March 2019 and the exam for LLB 3yr will be conducted on 11th May 2019. Their is no upper age limit to fill the form and the registration fee for general category is Rs 800 and Rs 400 for reserved category. The application process has started from 28th January 2019 so hurry up and fill your form. Good Luck!
Dear Sanket, as of November 2018, the Govt. of Maharashtra has cleared the bill allowing 16% reservation to SEBC. It will come into force once the Governor of Maharashtra clears the law. Thats the last and latest update that is available on SEBC reservation at this point in time. Even if the Governor clears the law, there might be some legal issues that might have to be handled before it is actually implemented. So, to be honest, nothing is clear regarding SEBC reservation.
Yes, for doing 3 year LLB the minimum eligility criteria is :you need to have a graduation degree issued by any university or college recognised by UGC and following a 10+2+3 education pattern with at least 45 per cent in the aggregate of the subjects, and 40 per cent for those belonging to SC/ST categories and in few entrance exam they require at least 50 percent (45% marks for OBC category and 40% marks for SC/ST category) marks in aggregate of the subjects.
Hence, you may do LLB after graduation.
