Hello
Here I will give you a gist of both the colleges from where it stands as of now (in 2020) so that it can get easier for y ou to decide which one suits your interest more.
GOvernment Law College, Maharashtra- Has been ranked 11 for law by The Week. In the past few years only 10 to 15% of the students get placed but the highest package goes up to 6 lpa but the placement committee is working hard to improve the conditions (though they have not officially revelaed placement records). The libraray here is good but the overall infrastructure, not so much. The faculty is excellent, highly knowledgeable and easily approachable as they are very friendly. There are many clubs like SPIL , ADR cell, MUNSOC, MCA, and DEBSOC (debating society).
MNLU- Ranked 15 for NLUs by CLAT cutoff. The university was formed recently and there has not been any batch as of now that has graduated hence there are no placement records but it is expected that the placement cell will function just fine providing around 6 lpa average salary. The campus is temporary as of now and no permanent campus has been created but they provide flats and single room hostels for the students with mess facilities along with gym, swimming pool, volleyball court and basketball court. As far as the faculty is concerned there are ex-professors of NUJS, NLUJAA, Nalsar, GNLU and NLIU and a number of guest lecturers are invited every now and then. The curriculum is similar to that of NALSAR Hyderabad.
If I were in your shoes, I would have gone to both the places and talked to the faculty as well as the students there to get a btter idea as it is a matter of your future. However, if I were to judge by the looks of it I would have gone with MNLU (personal choice).
NLUs don't offer three years law programs, all of it offers integrated law courses for a duration of five years based on 12th qualification, now coming to LLB program, the eligibility criteria is passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with 45% marks and in case reserved category it's 40%. Universities like DU and BHU require minimum 50% marks while universities like Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Meerut require only 45% marks in graduation.
Admission process varies as per the norms of the university, for some it's based on the entrance test, while for others it's based on the merit of the qualifying examination.
Some of the top entrance test conducted as follows-
CLAT is the entrance examination for admission to NLUs across India including NLU Cuttak. Now there is CLAT UG and CLAT PG. And for both CLAT UG and CLAT PG, there is no age limit. You just need to fulfil the educational qualification. For CLAT UG which is the entrance examination for admission to 5 year integrated LLB Programme, you should have completed your 12th or its equivalent from any recognised Institution. And you should have secured a minimum aggregate of 45% in your 12th. It is 45% for General Category, OBC, EWS and it is 40% for SC,ST Categories. For CLAT PG which is the entrance examination for admission to LLM Courses, again there is no age limit but you should have completed your Graduation from a University recognised by the Bar Council of India. And you should have secured a minimum aggregate of 55% in your Graduation. It is 55% for General Category, OBC, EWS and it is 45% for SC,ST Categories. There is also no cap on number of times you can appear for CALT. the total yearly fee for NLU Delhi (for hostelers) is - INR 1,85000. this figure includes everything from mess, to WIFI, to tuition ,etc. there is no separate structure for reserved category students as such but the university does offer scholarships and may also agree to accommodate some fee waiver if you approach the authorities through a formal application.

You rank is not that much good dear. And you didn't mention your examination. So i assume thay you given CLAT. But if you give another examination it's very difficult to clear your question.
But i go for clat and some give you some suggestions.
With this it's quite impossible to get top NLU but you can get any private law college.
