As per the latest update, interacting in the webinar, Education Minister said that "The students will only have to study the revised syllabus for their CBSE board exams and for NEET 2021 questions, will be asked from the reduced syllabi. The topics which have been removed from the CBSE board syllabus and will might impact the NEET syllabus 2021 topic-wise .

No, In current NEET syllabus, Archimedes principle topic is not included.
Therefore you can skip such topics and focus on the important topics for your NEET preparation as the question from Archimedes principle are asked rarely.

Yes it is to be reduced but till now the updated syllabus for NEET 2021 has not been released by MCI which is the competent authority to release the syllabus for NEET but it is expected to be released by the end of this month or in next month. Also it is expected that likewise JEE-Main, NEET can also have some change in it's exam pattern to relax the deleted portion of syllabus. However before any official notification gets out we cannot help you with an exact information . So till then you can have idea of NEET syllabus from the syllabus of previous session which is 2019-20. The syllabus is mentioned below :-

The syllabus for CBSE 11th and 12th has been reduced due to COVID Situation. Since the NEET Syllabus is based on CBSE 11th and 12th portions. Thus, the Syllabus for NEET has been reduced as addressed by the Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal in the recent news update. Neet syllabus remains same every year . It does not change . It includes the class 11th and class 12th physics, class 11th and class 12th chemistry , class 11th and class 12th biology. So you can learn this from ncert book. After that you can solve problems from various reference books.
