Hi aspirant,
The NEXT entrance exam or National Exit Test is a common entrance test which will be conducted for promoting meritorious students to either to pursue their higher studies or practice medicine in their respective fields. This will provide an opportunity for students to get a license for medicine practice across the country. The implementation of this entrance test has not been decided as of now.
For now you should focus on your 2nd yr subjects. And revise 1st yr subject system wise. For eg if you are going to start renal pathology (which is a 2nd year subject) try revisng anatomy and physiology of the renal system before starting the pathology.
This way you'll be able to
All the best.

And coming to your preparation for MHTCET, as per this year pattern of MHT CET it is to be conducted in online mode for a duration of three hours with two sections in MCQs format, first one consists of mathematics in English language only and second one consists of physics and chemistry in English/Marathi/Hindi language, there is no negative marking scheme, there are a total of 150 questions, section one will have two marks for each correct answer and section two will have one mark for each correct answer.
The syllabus for three subjects are as follows;
Physics : Topics for XIth standard consists of Measurements,Scalars and Vectors,Force,Friction in solids and liquids,Refraction of Light,Ray optics,Magnetic effect of electric current, Magnetism and for XIIth standard the topics are Circular motion,Gravitation,Rotational motion,Oscillations,Elasticity,Surface tension,Wave motion,Stationary waves,Wave theory of light,Interference and diffraction,Electrostatics,Current electricity,Magnetism,Electromagnetic inductions,Electrons and photons,Atoms,Molecules and Nuclei,Semiconductors,Communication systems
Chemistry ; Topics of XIth standard includes Some basic concepts of chemistry,States of matter: Gases and liquids,Redox reaction,Surface chemistry,Nature of chemical bond,Hydrogen,s-Block elements (Alkali and alkaline earth metals),Basic principles and techniques in organic chemistry,Alkanes while for XIIth standard the topics are Solid State,Solutions and colligative,Chemical thermodynamics and Electrochemistry,Chemical kinetics-General principles and processes,p-Block elements,d and f Block Elements,Coordination compounds,Halogen derivatives of alkanes, Alcohols, phenols and ethers,Aldehydes, ketones and Organic compounds, Biomolecules,Polymers,Chemistry in everyday life.

Dear Aspirant,
Ok, now I'm going to discuss about the some preparation techniques and the details of several essential books highly needed for extra-ordinary performance in your upcoming NEET UG examination 2021.
BIOLOGY :
Now, There's a common misconception that, you have to read a lot to get a good score or a set a seat in any government medical college. I am not saying that hard work doesn't pay off, sure it does. But there are some tips and tricks so that you can enjoy the journey.
A. NCERT : For biology, first you have to finish your NCERT Biology if you are preparing for NEET! Most of the questions in NEET directly comes from NCERT.
B. ABC of Biology: you can use this book, as a reference. But at first, finish NCERT.
C. For detailed explanation you must follow SC Verma and GRB Bathla’s Publications in a regular basis.
D. MCQ: For mcqs, solve MTG'S Biology at Your Fingertips. It's completely based on NCERT and there are some extra points which are important for a better understanding of the subject. You can also use Trueman’s Biology – Vol 1 and Vol 2 in this regard. And one more thing, for MCQs don't forget to practise Dinesh Objective Biology rigorously.
CHEMISTRY :
One thing keep in mind that Chemistry is the most scoring subject in any competitive exams. So for extra-ordinary performance in any exam you should be very talented, detailed-oriented and well-resourced in Chemistry.
A. For inorganic chemistry, you can study NCERT thoroughly.
B. However for Physical and Organic chemistry, I'll recommend you GRB Publication , because they are accepted nationwide and you'll get very detailed explanation. Moreover O.P.Tandon and Arihant are the most useful books for scoring good marks in NEET. And particularly for Physical chemistry you should go through P.Bahadur and for Organic Chemistry (specially for Reaction Mechanism) you can use Morrison and Boyd.
C. For mcqs and other questions you can solve MTG'S Chemistry at Your Fingertips.
PHYSICS:
You can study Concept of Physics by H.C. Verma but it's gonna be a extra load for the students from PCB background. But if you are an extra talented students, then surely go for I.E. Irodov. Moreover for practising problems in mechanics and rotational dynamics you must go through Objective Physics by Pramod Agarwal minutely and for optics, electromagnetism and waves just practise Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick, and Walker regularly.
For mcq purpose you can solve D.C. Pandey and MTGs Physics at Your Fingertips.
