If you want to reach out to any alumni, LinkedIn is the place. There, you have professionals who are connected in a network and may be they can help you understand what it is to study M.Des in Interior Designing in the College of your choice. If you are someone who has the knack of playing with colours, raw materials and fabric, then this is the right field for you. The expectancy of a better life style and presence of social media through which the people are able to access designed infrastructure and wanting it for themselves has only increased the demand of Interior Designing. Increase in interior taste has evolved and that has resulted in demand for designed work spaces and homes. You can set up your own studio or you can also work in a studio until you gather enough experience and then set up your own studio. And then the opportunities abroad for this field are also fair enough. Please read our article for more information: https://www.careers360.com/courses/interior-design-course
Your Selection for DAT Mains and for admission completely depends upon the Drawing Part and Studio test respectively. 54 is good score in Part A.
But, it is of no use if you cannot score more than 15 marks in Part B . The cut-off is expected to be 65 or above.
All The Best.
