No, you are not eligible for pursuing B.Sc Nursing. It is because candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam in science stream with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognised Board or College.
As you are Arts student you cannot study B.Sc Nursing. As you have completed your BA course, further you can study courses like
Bachelor of Education, etc.
