Odisha Board
Hello,
JEE Advance 12th Cutoff criteria is that, that one has to be in 20 percentile of their respective board, i.e., in your case it is Odisha Board. The Odisha board's top 20 percentile cutoff is usually around 290/500 which is around 58%.
Based on your percentage, you will be likely be eligible for IIT.
You can find the source of information from here:

Thank you.
Hello Aspirant
20 percentile implies you scored more than 80% of the students who took the state board exam for the 12th grade. There are a total of 5 subjects in the count. Six subjects are covered by the CHSE board. Therefore, you'll have the choice to ignore one topic. However, you must undoubtedly take into account PCM courses in addition to language studies. These are the minimal requirements to determine your 20 percentile mark.
The 20 percentile cutoff for the CHSE board of Odisha is now about 290–300 out of a possible 500 marks. To be safe, aim for a score of at least 300 to be qualified to enrol in any IIT or NIT of your choice. Every year, immediately before JEE main and Advance counselling begins, JOSAA announces a 20 percentile threshold.
Thanks

Hey John
I do not understand what you mean by "ex regular" here. If you mean that you have fropped a year or two then it is okay as you acn still give government job exams. If you have given the 12th board papers again (because of reasons like you could not pass in a few subjects at one go or you did not give all of th epapers in one go) then too you are eligible for Government Job Exams deepnding on which exam you are talking about. I am giving you a link from where you can check your eligibility for Odisha Government Jobs https://gaodisha.gov.in/node/900 . All the best!
