The course is designed to help students become more active and healthy on the inside as well as the outside. It is common knowledge that participating in sports and physical exercise can improve one's physical and emotional well-being.

In your case, the best five subjects for the board exam will typically include your core subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English), along with either Physical Education or Psychology . You cannot exclude Physics or Chemistry if they're mandatory for your stream, but you can drop the lowest-scoring subject if it's optional. Usually if you are going to apply in some university for the admission procedure the percentage will be calculated based on the score of all the subjects that you have studied in your intermediate.
