Dear aspirant,
The cut offs cannot be predicted at any case and that too before the exam . So, it depends on many factors like the number of candidates appearing for the particular shift , toughness of the paper. So but you can expect this that the cut off would be around 60 but this is not assured.
Hey,
Sorry to say but this is not the place from where you can get an OBC certificate.
If you want to get an IBC certificate I will suggest you to go to the block office of your city and there they will issue you the IBC certificate that you want.
They can also help you with the information whether your category cones under OBC or not.
You just have to go your block office and fill the form available for the reservation certificate. They will take some time and will issue your certificate.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Hello,
You can join NDA by taking the Examination conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). This exam is conducted twice a year in all major cities throughout India. For Air force NDA examination you have to study mathematics, general knowledge, physics and english. I think you know what subjects you have to study for this examination.
All the best .
Hi Sujal,
Yes, biology comes in general ability test exam in airforce or NDA examination. But that is not high level biology, the biology questions asked in airforce or NDA examination are upto 10th grade level only. So, you will only have to study upto 10th Science books for preparing for NDA or airforce.
Feel free to ask doubts in the Comment Section.
Good Luck!
Hi
According to UPSC prescribed syllabus for NDA, the examination will be conducted for two papers: Mathematics and General Ability.
The Mathematics paper contains 300 marks while the general ability test holds 600 marks. Hence the written test combined will be of 900 marks.
For mathematics you need to study Algebra, Trigonometry, Differential Calculus, Vector Algebra, Matrices and Determinants, Analytical and 2D and 3D geometry, Integral Calculus and Differential Equations, Statistics and Probability.
Total Marks: 300 Marks
Total number of questions: 120
Negative Marks: -0. 85 for each wrong answer
Duration: 2.5 hours
For General Ability:
English, General Knowledge, Physics, Chemistry, General Science, History, Geography, Current Affairs.
Total Marks : 600 Marks
Total Number of questions: 150
Number of questions in GK- 100
Number of questions in English-50
Negative Marks- 1. 33 Marks
The National Defense Academy, formally known as NDA is the Joint Service Academy for the Indian Armed Forces. Cadets of three armed services including Army, Navy and Air Force are trained together in the academy, before moving forward with the pre-commissioning training. Admissions in the academy are accepted via written examination conducted by UPSC, followed by an extensive interview conducted by SSB. Finally, a medical test to keep a check on the candidate’s overall health and physical fitness.
If you want to know more about it check out the link given in below https://competition.careers360.com/exams/nda
I hope it will help you
Thank you
As of now Veerashaiva Lingayats does not falls under OBC category. Particularly, in the state of Karnataka, they belong to BC but in centre list they come under General Category and not under OBC.
There are further 30 more sub divisions in Lingayats which are considered as OBC's as per the Center list but not Veerashiva Lingayats.
If you are Lingayat Uppara from Karnataka you will get OBC status for Central Government jobs.
