Be it government or Private school teachers, each and every teacher have the same responsibility to educate the next generation not only academically but to be a good human being also. Thus being a school teacher is a task of responsibility and one must be very affectionate about teaching.
Now Private school teachers may have relatively higher salaries compared to government school teachers. To get selected in Government school one have to appear for a school service examination and then to be followed by an interview. Thus being a government school teacher can be time consuming. But there is an immense benefit that the Government school teachers gets is that they get a much more security of job and they get a lot of time to focus on there studies (if any one wants to.
