mujhe apna du sol ka admission cancel karana hai

Dhruv Sharma 3rd Dec, 2025

Hello

If you want to cancel your admission to DU SOL, then you can contact the college administration in writing. You must submit a formal application to request a refund of the admission fees and obtain the receipt. The refund process will be in accordance with UGC guidelines and will depend on the timing of your admission cancellation. You have to follow these steps to cancel the admission procedure.

  • Step 1: Write a formal application which is based on the cancellation of admission.
  • Step 2: Submit the application to the college administration. After submitting the application, you should get an acknowledgement receipt.
  • Step 3: Wait for the response and take back those documents which you gave to the college at the time of admission.

I hope this information helps you.

Thank you.

kya mai du sol ka admission cancer kar sakti hu

Ayshwarya Mahadevan 3rd Dec, 2025

If you mean cancelling your DU SOL admission, then yes — it is possible, but you have to follow the proper procedure. You need to log in to your DU SOL admission portal and look for the option “Cancel Admission / Withdrawal” and submit the required confirmation. In some cases, especially if the document verification is already completed, you may need to write an application for cancellation and submit it to the DU SOL office.

Keep in mind that if you have already paid the fee, the refund policy varies depending on the stage of cancellation. If you cancel early, there are higher chances of receiving a refund. However, if you cancel late or after the semester begins, refund is usually not provided. So it’s important to carefully follow the instructions available on the portal.

If you do not see the cancellation option on the portal or you are facing errors, the best step is to contact the official DU SOL helpdesk or support mail and share your enrollment number. They will guide you on the next steps based on your case.

Hope this helps you proceed smoothly. All the best.

du seat ke cancellation fees kab refond hogi

Devanshi Goyal 30th Nov, 2025

HELLO,

The refund for a cancelled DU seat is typically processed after the last date of admission provided the cancellation was made on time. A full refund will be granted after deducting a processing fee, such as Rs. 5,000 for Btech programs, as long as the withdrawal is made before the final admission deadline. Refunds are subject to university policies, and some fees like the registration fee are often non-refundable.

Hope this will help!

I have done PCB from CBSE, will Delhi University accept my admission in Mathematics required courses if i give Mathematics exam through NIOS On Demand Examination? or will i be rejected? Been trying to get an answer from DU but no response :(

Dhruv Sharma 19th Nov, 2025

Hi Hariom

If you complete your 12th class with PCB subjects from CBSE, and you have passed the mathematics exam through NIOS. Yes, Delhi University accepts the mathematics exam score because NIOS is a recognised board and its certificates are accepted by Delhi University. You are eligible to do an undergraduate program in Mathematics, even if you are a PCB stream student.

  • Delhi University allow students who used combined marks from different boards, which means you can use your CBSE marksheet and your NIOS marksheet together.

I hope this information helps you.

Best Wishes.

Prachi Kumari 17th Nov, 2025

Hello,

For DU B.Com (Hons) , you need one language subject plus either:

  • Maths/Applied Maths + any two academic subjects, or

  • Accountancy/Bookkeeping + any two academic subjects.

For BHU B.Com (Hons) , you should have Commerce-related subjects in Class 12 like Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, etc. Maths is not compulsory. You also need to take Accountancy/Bookkeeping, Business Studies, and the General Test in CUET.

Hope it helps !

I have 50% in arts can I get admission in du ?

Prachi Kumari 17th Nov, 2025

Hello,

Yes, you can still get admission in some DU courses with 50% in Arts.

  • For many BA courses, the basic eligibility is around 40–45% , so you meet that.

  • But getting a seat depends mainly on your CUET score , because DU now takes admissions through CUET.

  • With 50% in board exams, you can apply, but admission to top colleges or popular BA (Hons) courses may be difficult because their cutoffs are usually higher.

  • You may get chances in BA Programme or in colleges with lower cutoffs.

Hope it helps !

I passed my 12th from Maharashtra boards without maths, now im thinking to give 12th maths exam through NIOS ODE, will DU accept my situation and consider me as a eligible candidate?

Sankalp Agrawal 11th Nov, 2025

Hello,

If you passed 12th without Math's from Maharashtra Board and now plan to take Math's through NIOS ODE, DU will accept it only for courses where Math's is required, provided it’s a valid board exam result.

For courses like BCom (Hons) or BSc, Mathes in 12th is compulsory; for Arts or general B.A., it’s not needed.

So, you’ll be eligible if:

  • You clear the NIOS Math's exam before admission, and

  • The course you choose requires or accepts Math's from any recognized board.
